Connect2 can offer a comprehensive tariff compliance toolset. ‘Raw’ electronic call data for a defined period is loaded into a specialised telecoms reporting tool (TRACE) and is then mapped against the client’s contracted tariff.

All national, international and roamed calls are checked individually.

This process can be delivered on a regular monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc basis.

Reports are then produced to include:

• Comparison of what was paid versus what the correct charges should be.
• A list of all calls where the contracted tariffs have been incorrectly applied.
• Rounding errors.
• Identifying redundant services.
• Identified savings.
• Recommendations on whether the client is getting ‘best value’ from current tariffs available.
• Correction of errors with supplier, on behalf of the client.
